Custom Foot Orthotics

Custom foot orthotics are used to relieve pain, align posture and support proper foot function. They are designed to fit easily into your footwear while providing maximum motion control for activities such as standing, walking and running. The Physiotherapist will conduct a thorough clinical evaluation which will consist of a medical history, a physical examination, and a biomechanical assessment. A cast of your feet will be prepared using a foam impression box. Your cast will be sent to The Orthotic Group and your custom orthotic will be built to the specifications of our Physiotherapists. When the orthotics arrive, we will evaluate the fit and have you check back within the first month for satisfaction.

Your Lifestyle

We take into account how much you stand at your job, the types of activities you do, and how much time you spend on your feet everyday. This information will allow us to build a personal profile that we will use as a basis of your custom orthotic design.

Your Feet & Alignment

We evaluate how the mechanics in your feet are affecting the alignment of your legs and the rest of your body. We then provide solutions to help correct these mechanics.
